Are You Eligible?


To be eligible you must be in possession of a higher education degree or an equivalent qualification (EQF Level 6) by the closing date of applications;


Candidates from Member States must have very good knowledge of at least two official languages of the EU, one of which should be one of the working languages of the European Commission (English, French or German).

Once you apply, you will participate in a competitive selection process administered by the EU.

Selection criteria include applicant’s language skills, educational background and the needs and requirements of the hosting Institutions.
